Sougyoku is a mischievous trickster who has betrayed many villains countless times. Although he is a cunning and manipulative villain, who responsible for corrupting heroes into his evil schemes. He the self-procliamed master manipulator, who did a lot of troubles for the Shinkalion Drivers, their allies, and their families.

Sogyouku made his first appearance as one of the Kitoralsus agents under the command of Iza/Isaburo Yatsushiro of Kitoralsus Army. He first manipulated Genbu into attacking the group of the Shinkalion. After Genbu's apparent death, Sougyoku continues to cause more trouble for the Shinkalion Drivers by assisting Torame and Kairen in the During the invasion of Japan. Despite his duty, he ends being defeated by the Shinakalion Drivers. Despite his first defeat, Sougyoku was brought back to have a chance to encounter with Kirin in order to make troubles for the Shinkalion Drivers again.
Shinkalion: The Movie[]
Sougyoku reappears in Shinkalion: The Movie to form an alliance with Valhallan to have an assult with the Shinkalion Drivers again. However, he gets confronted by Genbu, a former villain-turned-ally. Sogyouku was waiting to attack the heroes or not. Suddenly, his plan failed when Hayato and the Shinkalion drivers defeat Valhallan and restore the main timeline for good.
