Description[]
After Mordecai and Rigby read The Hungry, Hungry Soul-Sucking Death Worm to [[Thomas, they pull a tab which releases the actual Soul Worm. Thomas tried to feed Muscle Man's soul to it but Mordecai and Rigby managed to lure it back into the book.

Appearance[]
It's appearance is a giant reddish-orange worm with a giant mouth with little waving pieces of skin and no eyes.

- The reason Thomas says that the book is his favorite is because he wants the Soul Worm to be released and feast on souls.
