Soundwave is a minor antagonist in the 2018 movie Bumblebee. He and Shockwave are one of the acting commanders of the Decepticons in Megatron's absence.
He was voiced by Jon Bailey, who also voiced Shockwave in the same film, as well as voicing Soundwave in Transformers One.
Appearance[]
Soundwave takes many inspiration from his Generation One counterpart, with more modern look. He is a Decepticon that is blue, has a red visor, black chest resembles classic radio boom box that can store his minion Ravage, blue torso, and white and blue color scheme.
Biography[]
Soundwave and Shockwave would lead the Decepticons into battle in order to control Cyberton. They would lead a final assault against the Autobots. Soundwave would order the decepticons to attack when he was alongside Shockwave and the Seekers. This would cause Optimus Prime to order the Autobots to retreat to the launch pad. The Seekers would destroy the launch pad once some of the autobots escaped. Optimus Prime would land on the ground level and Soundwave would order Ravage to attack Optimus. Other Decepticons would surround Optimus Prime and charge at him but Optimus would escape.
