Space Beast Warriors are alien warriors recruited into the Great Star League Gozma from across the universe and antagonists in Dengeki Sentai Changeman. They are created by Star King Bazeu by firing a beam from his forehead to mutate one of his alien subjects into a powerful warrior. They are used by the Gozma to invade planets, with some being powerful enough to conquer planets single-handedly.
History[]
The first Space Beast Warrior sent into battle was Gabu, who was used by the Gozma in their initial attack on Earth.
In her effort to bask in the Rigel Aura from Nana and obtain its power, Queen Ahames summoned a trio of elite Space Beast Warriors to assist her in holding off her opposition and accomplishing the task.
As the Gozma's invasion of Earth reached a stalemate due to the continued opposition of the Changemen, Bazeu gave General Giluke permission to begin transforming his own lieutenants into Space Beast Warriors. The first Gozma officer to become a candidate to be converted into a Space Beast Warrior was Adjutant Booba, though he resisted being transformed and was eventually allowed to stay unmuted after attempting to duel Giluke. The next Gozma officer selected to become a Space Beast Warrior was Adjutant Shiima, who was mutated into the Space Beast Zuune. She was later separated from her Space Beast form by Waraji playing the "Song of Nostalgia" on his flute before the Space Beast Warrior was destroyed by the Changemen. After that, Ahames' own dragon steed Jangeran was mutated by Bazeu and split in half into the Space Beast Warriors Jan and Geran.
Following the defections of Navigator Gator, Booba and Shiima, Bazeu was left with few other forces to make Space Beast Warriors from and thus transformed Ahames into the Space Beast Maze before sending her to destroy the Changemen's base. During the attack, Ahames split off from her Space Beast Warrior form and launched a suicidal attack on the base while Maze was destroyed by the Changemen.
The final Space Beast Warrior to be created was from Giluke, who transformed himself into the Space Beast Warrior Girath as part of his last effort to defeat the Changemen. The Girath was destroyed by the combined powers of all five Changemen.
