Sparklemon are minor antagonists in the 2007 video game The Simpsons Game.
They appear in the level "Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game" as parodies of Pokémon. Three Sparklemon are encountered in the game which are encountered by Homer and Lisa Simpson.
Physical appearance[]
Ratachu[]
Ratachu, a parody of Pikeachu, is encountered first in the fire-level by Homer and Lisa. He is the Sparklemon owned by Jimbo Jones. Ratachu is a powder blue anthropomorphic murine creature with large ears and yellow eyes. Its face resembles Jimbo. Like Pikachu, Ratachu's tail is zig-zagged like a lightning bolt.
Poo[]
Poo, a parody of Squirtle, is encountered second in the ice-level. He is owned by Ralph Wiggum. He is a large, dark-blue chelonian creature with a brown shell and resembles Ralph.
Dirt Donkey[]
Dirt Donkey, a parody of Ponyta, is encountered last in the sky-level. She is owned by Sherri and Terri Mackleberry. She is a large, pink equine creature that also resembles a unicorn. Its face resembles Sherri and/or Terri.

Background[]
When Homer and Lisa arrive in the video game "Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game", a parody of Japanese video games such as Pokémon, they encounter Mr. Dirt (who is really Milhouse van Houten). Mr. Dirt tells Homer and Lisa that he has taken over the game with the help of the sumo wrestlers and the Sparklemon. To free Mr. Sparkle, the true leader of the land, they must defeat three Sparklemon.
The Simpsons Game[]
At the end of the fire-section of the video game, Homer and Lisa encounter Jimbo Jones and are transported to a battleground. There, they fight Ratachu and ultimately win. They progress to the ice-level, where they encounter Ralph Wiggum. There, they fight Poo and once again are triumphant. In the final section of the game, they encounter Sherri and Terry Mackleberry. They fight Dirt Donkey who is the strongest of the Sparklemon and are once again triumphant. This results in the duo collecting Sparkleballs which are deposited into containers, releasing Mr. Sparkle.
Trivia[]
- Ratchu's health is set at 100, making him the weakest. Poo's health is set to 10,000 and Dirt Donkey's health is set to 1,000,000.
