He is voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara who also voiced a Piggies Imagin from Kamen Rider Den-O.
History[]
The Speaker Jamen made his first appearance in the city as he used his ability to create massive property damage towards everything around him and not to mention he was very loud so in fact that civilians has to cover their nears to block out the noise. So once the shows up and found this Jamen they transform, but their rollcall was interrupted thanks to the noise causing by the Speaker Jamen. So the team has to take shelter while covering their ears. With that said both Tametomo and Sayo trick shot their attacks and knock the Speaker Jamen down the steps and then Shiguru used his finisher sliced the antenna off of the Speaker Jamen's head rendering noiseless thus the Speaker Jamen has quickly left the area before Sena gets the chance to attack him (also if you're wondering who's making that racket it was Carantula playing the violin).
Later that night the Speaker Jamen was at the hospital as he introduced himself to a frighten Kōya. He asked the young man what gotten him down in the dumps which he replies that he doesn't like to play music, but in reality he's very terrified of getting surgery. So with that said the Speaker Jamen extracts most of the dark energy from this young man as he regained a new antenna.
Later that day with Galza now behind the wheels he began to play his guitar with a boost of calamity as send some of his music towards the Speaker Jamen causing more destructive soundwave causing every single building to be destroyed and hurting the civilians ears. When the Kiramager showed up to stop his noise polluting mayhem he revealed that he acquired Kōya around the same time as the team were practicing their music together as a band. So Sayo revealed herself to one of her patients as she tried to convince Kōya that music is meant to be enjoyed not to hate. So in order prevent that the Speaker Jamen absorbed Kōya within himself gaining even more power and a lot noisier. Thankfully back at KARAT they manage to create their transmitter that allow them to cancel out the noise that the Speaker Jamen is creating which gives Sayo an idea on the kind of music they have to play.
So back on stage the team plays this music called Yuki o Kanae de te (which it was used for the end credits of this episode) and got Kōya out of the slump as he began to hear the music even within the Speaker Jamen. The Speaker Jamen tries to stop the civilians from listening to the Kiramei Band music, but Takamichi kept this Jamen occupied. After Kōya witness the civilians down below dancing to the teams music which give this young man the hope that he needs as he free himself from the Speaker Jamen. After that the Speaker Jamen was then destroyed by this finisher called Shining Beam Attack.
