The Special Ninja Team are a team of five ninjas assembled by the Sorcerers Clan for the mission of killing Jiraiya and antagonists in episode 16 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
History[]
Originally, only four ninjas were chosen by Benikiba to form the Special Ninja Team - Fire, Water, Earth and Wood. After each showed off their abilities to Org Ninja Dokusai. After each showed off their abilities to Dokusai, Dokusai gave his approval for them to be sent after Jiraiya. It was then that Wind appeared and, after witnessing him show off his abilities, Dokusai agreed to allow him to join the team.
The five ninjas later ambushed Jiraiya as he was driving in his car. With the combined power of their elemental abilities, the four ninjas were able to get the upper hand on Jiraiya and capture him, leaving Wind to deliver the finishing blow. Before he could finish off Jiraiya however, Wind heard the sound of strong winds and experienced PTSD from the day he lost his parents. Growing impatient, Earth broke formation and attempted to finish off Jiraiya himself, only to give Jiraiya a chance to break free. Jiraiya promptly fought off all five ninjas, leaving Wind critically injured and the other four deceased.
Wind was later operated on by the Sorcerers Clan to be converted into a cyborg and bestowed with the abilities of the other four members of the Special Ninja Team, turning him into Wind Ninja Mafuuba.
