Target 93 has already been moved to an undisclosed location

Spectre is the secondary antagonistic faction of the UnOrdinary webcomic.

It is an organization that was originally created with the purpose of creating a society where everybody stands on equal grounds (not having abilities.) Some of the members are responsible for the disabling of multiple peoples' abilities and forcing them to work for them in exchange for returning their power.

Biography[]

While much of their background remains unknown, it is an ability which focuses on ability research, according to Leilah. After creating a drug that can disable people's abilities, some of the executives deviated from the original mission and began to disable high-tiers. This has created a division within their ranks.

Goals[]

Their only known mission is the tracking of high-tiers. They placed at least one ability gauge in a mall. This contained a man who would read people's ability levels. If the person had a high level, the gauger would give them a teddy bear as a prize. Despite seeming innocent, this in actuality was a scam used to track the locations of high tier. The organization put trackers in the teddy bears and would mark their location. Luckily, this operation is eventually be busted. However, it is likely that they have many more rackets elsewhere.
