Spineless Ones are a race of malicious alien entities known for their antagonism towards the Marvel superhero team, the X-Men, as well as many other species across the Marvel multiverse.

Spineless Ones vary in appearance but are vaguely humanoid creatures, many of them are obese and reliant on technology to survive as their physical forms have become wasteful and ruined, however there are cloned versions of Spineless Ones that are lean and muscular, in direct opposition to the usual bloated forms associated with the species.
