Spray Despar is a Robot Fighter of the Despar Army and an antagonist in episode 21 of Inazuman Flash.
He is voiced by Masahiko Murase, who previously voiced Knife Despar in the same series.
Biography[]
Spray Despar kidnapped numerous people to convert into undead soldiers for Despar. One transport carrying a coffin with an undead soldier in it was intercepted by Goro Watari and Makoto Arai, who were searching for Matsusuke Kurayama, the father of a boy named Taichi who had disappeared recently. Upon opening the coffin, Goro discovered it contained the father's body and was surprised to see it wearing the uniform of a Phantom Soldiers. The pair brought it to a laboratory for testing, but Spray Despar tracked them down and used his spray to awaken the undead soldier and force it to attack the scientists. Spray Despar and a group of Despar Soldiers then staged an attempt to execute Matsusuke for getting discovered in order to lure out Goro and Makoto. Goro became Inazuman and fought off Spray Despar and his Despar Soldiers, but this was all part of Spray Despar's plan. After Goro reunited Matsusuke with his son, Matsusuke's Despar conditioning kicked in and led him to tie up Goro and Taichi before setting up a bomb to kill both of them. However, Goro was able to free himself and Taichi before the bomb went off by transforming into Sanagiman. After recapturing the brainwashed Matsusuke, Sanagiman was confronted by Spray Despar, who unveiled the rest of his undead soldier unit. Sanagiman and Makoto fought against the undead soldiers before Sanagiman transitioned into Inazuman. Spray Despar was able to incapacitate Inazuman by trapping him in a net, but Inazuman was able to escape by calling upon Raijingo to use the fire from its engine to burn the ropes and free him. After beating down Spray Despar, Goro destroyed him by using his Zeber to call a lightning strike on him.
