| ~ Stacey trying to kill Frank West. |
Stacey Forsythe, also referred to as Agent S, is the secondary antagonist of the 2011 horror videogame Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, a reimagination to the original Dead Rising 2.
She is the leader of the zombie rights oorganization CURE (Citizens for Undead Rights and Equality), but is revealed to be a spy for Phenotrans and the responsible for the outbreak in Fortune City.
She was voiced by Robyn Ross.
Biography[]
As head of the Nevada branch of CURE, she strongly opposes the TV show Terror Is Reality, believing that, instead of slaughtering zombies, the government should make Zombrex, a possible cure for the zombie epidemic, readily available worldwide. She and several other CURE activists hold protests in Fortune City and are interviewed by the local Channel 6 Action News.
Later that night, once the outbreak has begun, she is able to evacuate to Fortune City's emergency shelter before its doors are sealed. She comes across Frank West in the security office, noticing his lack of Zombrex. Stacey promises to not tell Raymond Sullivan about it, while Frank goes out to fetch Zombrex from a pharmacy at Royal Flush Plaza. Before Frank leaves, she urges him to rescue any survivors he finds.
Eventually, Frank uncovers the truth behind the outbreak, it was all a setup devised by the Phenotrans Corporation, and he now has the evidence to prove it. In addition to releasing the zombies from their holding cells in the arena, Phenotrans also paid Tyrone King, the host of TIR, a handsome sum of money to get his full co-operation in their scheme, secretly allowing Phenotrans agents into the city to carry out a massive harvesting operation for collecting Wasp Queens, the most essential ingredient in making Zombrex.
Frank returns to the safehouse and presents the evidence to Stacey and Sullivan, along with news reporter Rebecca. After Rebecca thoroughly looks over the evidence and concludes that it was indeed the work of Phenotrans, Stacey suddenly shoots her in the head, after she had stealthily stolen Sullivan's pistol. At first, Frank and Sullivan are speechless, but after Stacey makes a few snide remarks towards Rebecca's body, Frank quickly accuses her of being on Phenotrans' payroll.
Stacey confirms this, and that Phenotrans had intended to kill everyone in the outbreak. Stacey takes the evidence, when Sullivan attacks her. She shoots Sullivan several times, mortally wounding him. Frank attacks her, and when he pulls her ponytail, it is revealed to be a wig that he pulled off. As Stacey flees, Frank says goodbye to a dying Sullivan, before chasing her to Uranus Zone.
Now sporting a short military haircut and a black latex battlesuit, Stacey (AKA "Agent S") reveals that she joined CURE to start zombie outbreaks. Like Sullivan's speech in DR2, this is done to get Wasp Queens, an important component for Zombrex. She states that TK doesn't know of her true identity, calling him a pawn of her plans. Stacey battles Frank using a giant robot, but fights him hand to hand when he climbs on the cockpit. She manages to overpower him and calls a helicopter to get her, but she is crushed by her own robot.

Trivia[]
- While her model was changed presumably to look more serious and less gentle, DR2 Stacey is still on TV in OTR. This basically shows that Agent S is a totally different woman who replaced her, leaving the actual Stacey's whereabouts and fate unknown.
- To confirm it, if she was the real Stacey, she would never have a reason to basically put a wig on her head, since it would never reveal her true look.
