~ Final words before his death.

Steam Locomotive Jamen was the steam locomotive-themed Jamenshi of the Yodonheim and the main antagonist of the 14th episode of Mashin Sentai Kiramager.

He was voiced by Kan Tanaka who previously voiced Kekkaibo from Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger and Trinoid 17: Shiyohosenkameleon from Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.

Biography[]

Past[]

As with all Jamenshi, Steam Locomotive Jamen was originally a normal Jamenshi of unknown origin that was forcibly recruited through fear into the Yodonheim Empire by Emperor Yodon. They spent several years subjugating the Yodonheim dimension before aspiring to conquer other worlds to make a larger liveable universe for Emperor Yodon to survive.

Kiramager[]

In 2020, the Dark Empire Yodonheim attack Crystalia and then Earth to annex both; destroying the former but they fail to conquer the Earth due to the interference of the Kiramagers.

Steam Locomotive Jamen is created by Carantula using a Dark Mask on a Jamenshi and sent to use his steam to generate a dark energy compound which the Yodonheim can use as a base from which to attack Earth. He is first seen emerging from a tunnel and loading himself up with coal before through the Kiramagers. Despite this, he doesn't stay and instead leaves immediately until he reappears where Juru and Takamichi are treasure hunting only for Takamichi to stop the Jamenshi. Together, they defeat Steam Locomotive Jamen but he is able to escape when Juru and Takamichi begin arguing. He later returns when the Kiramagers are at a bath house as he smashes through a wall and destroys the entire building with even all five Kiramagers being unable to stop him when he powers up with coal. When Takamichi reclaims his Shiny Changer and joins the fight, they manage to plug his stacks so he can't produce more steam even as his Jamen Beast Diesel Basra arrives. Before the Kiramagers can kill him though, Galza arrives and loans Steam Locomotive Jamen Darkness Megabeast Mecha Smog Jouki as a reward for his loyalty and refusal to surrender. Although he and Diesel Basra initially have the upper-hand though, when Juru forces the Mashin to form King Express, Steam Locomotive Jamen is thrown from Smog Jouki where is then fatally crashed underfoot by Diesel Basra.

During the Kiramagers' final battle against Emperor Yodon, Mabusheena and the Mashin recall the Kiramagers' many battles which include her reminiscing with Mashin Oradin over Takamichi cutting off Steam Locomotive Jamen.

Zenkaiger[]

After breaking his seal and escaping from the Agastia Base, Asmodeus summons the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai books from off the shelves and uses them to call forth an army of villains previously defeated by the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai which includes Steam Locomotive Jamen. Steam Locomotive Jamen survives long enough to see Asmodeus' plans seemingly come to fruition until Touma Kamiyama manages to help Shotaro himself regain his passion for drawing out superheroes which, in turn, revives all of the Kamen Riders and the Super Sentai teams back into existence. Ultimately, the entire army itself is be wiped out by the full and combined might of Kamen Rider Saber as well as his fellow swordsmen and the Zenkaigers along with Zocks Goldtsuiker supported by the Kamen Riders and the previous Red Rangers.

Trivia[]

  • The Steam Locomotive Jamen was the first locomotive themed monster in Sentai history since Steam Engine Org from Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger.
