Steve Bellows is an antagonist from Family Guy. He is one of Quahog's most vicious serial killers.

It's believed that he once shot a man to death just for snoring. He was put away by the police and has sworn revenge. By the time he appeared, he killed all but one cop, Joe Swanson. He planned to kill Joe, his friends Peter Griffin, Glenn Quagmire and Cleveland Brown, who were incarcerated with him at the time, at midnight on a Saturday. Thankfully, the men are rescued moments before Bellows arrives to kill them. Upon entering the empty jail cell, Bellows wondered how a knife to the chest is like. He decides to stab himself in the lower part of his chest. Finding out that it hurts to be stabbed, he decides that he deserves to be in prison. His current status is unknown.
