Stevie Littleton is the secondary antagonist in the 1997 crime film 187. He is a dimwitted gang member who hangs out with Cesar Sanchez and the KOS, who are antagonizing protagonist Trevor Garfield.
He was portrayed by actor Jonah Rooney.
Biography[]
Stevie Littleton born in a rich family is introduced when he gets out of his car to go to school. He appears as a member of KOS with Cesar and Benny, introduced as enemies to Trevor Garfield.
After witnessing Bungalow '86 destroyed by KOS, Stevie, Cesar and members of the gang attempt to beat up Trevor, knowing they were responsible for vandalizing the classroom, making Trevor angry as he storms off to get revenge on Cesar by cutting off his finger after killing Ellen's dog Jack.
Stevie, unaware of Benny's disappearance vows to find answers. He starts questioning Trevor if he killed Benny in a bathroom, resulting in Trevor pushing him to a wall, threatening to kill him. Stevie persuades Cesar to beat up Rita Martinez at a party Infront of hundreds of students, humiliating her.
During a teachers conference taken place at a school hall, Stevie accuses Trevor of killing Benny, leaving the audience and speakers confused. A bodyguard tries grabbing Stevie but failed because he escaped just in time. Stevie is shown to be hanging with Cesar and Paco at Trevor's house in a stolen ride. Cesar gives Stevie and Paco a threat that they won't leave the house until Trevor is dead otherwise he'll kill both of them himself.
Stevie and the gang aim guns at Trevor inside his house. Cesar forces Trevor to play a game called Russian Roulette, after watching a The Deer Hunter, resulting in Trevor taking Cesar's turn to point the gun to his head, killing him. Cesar, looking defeated kills himself, leaving Paco and Stevie shocked.
At the end of the film, Stevie is the only former KOS member who has graduated school due to being born in a rich family, alongside Rita Martinez. He hears her monologue about Trevor's dedication into being a good teacher who was there for her when nobody else was and mentioning Pyrrhic Victory he once told her. Stevie looks at his parents sitting on a bench along with hundreds of people gathered for the graduation but feels guilty of his actions after seeing Cesar and Trevor die over nothing.
After the death's of Trevor and Cesar, it's likely Stevie got away with what he has done, alongside Paco.
