| ~ Stormtrooper Commander. |
The Stormtrooper Commander is the main antagonist from the Star Wars Visions episode, "The Pit".
He is voiced by Steve Blum.
Appearance[]
The commander is shown wearing standard imperial Stormtrooper armour in addition of a helmet with a large visor, communication antennae and a red cape. His voice is incredibly raspy.
Personality[]
The commander is shown to be a ruthless man who would beat his slaves anytime they do not keep up the pace. Although he did release the slaves from their cuffs, he still chose to leave them behind heartlessly in the pit as he no longer had any use for the group. When the citizens start a riot too big for him to keep under control, he is quick to order for a retreat to escape trouble.
Biography[]
The commander leads his men and slaves as he pursues a spot to start mining with another load of slaves being brought in to aid in the work as they dig into the ground. As a slave tires out, the commander shocks him in order to make him continue work. When a slave digs up one crystal, the commander orders it to be brought to him by a flying droid as it was worth a fortune before he orders the slaves to continue their digging.
As the time goes by, the materials the slaves gather are use to gradually construct a city in the distance. Once the slaves reached the end, the commander gives them a false sense of hope as he releases their handcuffs before leaving the slaves behind in the pit they've dugged so deep while mining.
When one man, Crux manages to escape and reach the city to get help for the other slaves; including the children; from the giant pit, he gets caught by stormtroopers who tell the citizens to mind their business before they throw Crux back in the pit, killing him.
When the remaining slaves start chanting to get the citizens to follow the light, the stormtroopers try to get backup when the citizens finally start to turn against the commander and his men as they try to stop the riot. This prompts the commander to order for a retreat as the situation got out of hand.
