Miraculous Ninja Strowver is a light-themed World Ninja and the main antagonist of episode 43 of Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
He was voiced by Atsuo Mori, who also voiced Sound Ninja Uha within the same series.
Biography[]
Seeking to become the best ninja, Strowver traveled the world attacking and defeating ninjas. His desire to be the best eventually led him to pick a fight with Tetsuzan Yamaji, only for the old ninja to beat him and chop his right arm off. After replacing his right arm with a prosthetic Strowver returned to the dojo years later to get revenge.
After Strowver blinded Toha with his light flash, he received a tip from the Sorcerers Clan that Toha was heading to the mountain to pick a red Yamayuri flower to cure his blindness. Strowver followed Toha and Rei there and ambushed them, resulting in them being separated. Strowver later discovered that Toha had been taken in by a little girl and attempted to finish him off. However, Toha by this point had grown used to being blind and was able to fight Strowver more evenly as Jiraiya, destroying him with a slash from his Light Vacuum Sword. With Strowver defeated, Toha was able to go on to cure his eyesight with a Yamayuri flower.
Strowver's spirit was later among the evil World Ninjas revived by Madam Spider to take on Jiraiya and his allies. Their spirits were summoned again by Org Ninja Dokusai to enlarge himself.
