Suarto Rahmat is the secondary antagonist of the 2023 action film Expend4bles, the fourth installment of The Expendables franchise.
He is a notorious terrorist and mercenary who came into conflict with the Expendables when they were assigned to retrieve stolen missiles from him as part of a scheme conjured by his mysterious employer, Ocelot, to start World War III between the United States and Russia.
He was portrayed by Iko Uwais, who also played Razoo Qin-Fee in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Li Noor in Mile 22.
In the Japanese dub of the movie, He is voiced by Ryōtarō Okiayu, who voiced Kokushibou in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Isaac Ray Peram Westcott in Date A Live.
Personality[]
Rahmat is a sadistic psychopath out for no other motive than just bloodshed and brutality. Joining up with Marsh's plans to start World War III, Rahmat happily goes out of his way to kill people to his liking and isn't above going blatant enough to kill a general's wife and son just to spite the latter out of amusement. While seemingly being able to give the general choice at first, still insists on going back on his word.
