The Sugar Cartel are some of the main antagonists (alongside the MILFs) of the South Park special South Park: The End of Obesity. They are a criminal cartel mostly formed by some of the most famous cereal mascots who are ready to do everything in their power to keep sugar as the dominant drug in America.
Biography[]
The Sugar Cartel was formed sometime in the past and became the main drug dealing organization in all of America.
When Kyle, Stan, Butters and Kenny began producing their own obesity drugs, the Cartel saw this as a threat to their business and thus massacred everyone in the Indian factory the boys would get the raw semaglutides from, while also setting the place on fire.
They later fought against the boys, Randy and the MILFs to try and destroy a truck containing various semaglutides. While most of its members ended up getting killed, the Sugar Cartel did ultimately win as the truck didn't contain any semaglutides, thus making so obesity drugs still remain something that only the rich or people with diabetes can get their hands on.
