~ The manager to Hwang Jun-ho, disguised as Number 29 and his only line.

The unnamed Sugar Honeycombs manager is a minor antagonist of the Netflix K-Drama Squid Game. He is a masked manager working for the 33rd Squid Game, who oversaw it's second game, Sugar Honeycombs.

He is portrayed by Lee Jung-jun.

Biography[]

Nothing is known about the managers early life but he was likely indoctrinated into the Squid Games at a very young age and trained, especially given how he is already a manager at his age.

He ends up overseeing the Dalgona/Sugar Honeycombs game, ensuring that all players who break their cookies end up being shot. He notices a certain guard (Hwang Jun-ho, who is disguised as Number 29) who he demands to know why he's not doing his job. After scanning him, he tells him he needs to take away the corpses and demands to have a word with him after the game his over to "talk about his confusion." Before he can, howeever, once the game ends, he is taken hostage by No Sang-hun, a player who failed to carve his cookie in time. He is forced to slowly take off his mask. Sang-hun questions how such a young boy is involved in these games, then shoots himself in the head. He displays no emotion. He is then found and shot in the head by the Front Man as he broke the rules by taking off his mask and revealing his face.

Personality[]

He is an emotionless young individual who displays no visible emotions even in danger. This is likely due to being mentally conditioned to behave in such a way.
