Jessica Prestwood, codenamed Sugarplum, is a minor antagonist of the 2022 movie Violent Night.
She is portrayed by Stephanie Sy.
Biography[]
Sugarplum is a member of Jimmy "Mr. Scrooge" Martinez's team of mercenaries and serves as their safecracker. She was among the mercenaries that posed as caterers. Upon the siege of the Lightstone mansion, Sugarplum spends the duration of the film trying to break into the vault of the Lightstone mansion to obtain the 300,000,000$. She finally manages to succeed after the extraction team arrives and Commander Thorp provides the key.
After discovering the money had been moved, Scrooge forces Jason to lead him and the mercenaries to where he moved it, with Sugarplum accompanying Scrooge. After finding the money, Scrooge orders Krampus to kill the hostages inside as he and the other mercenaries kill Jason and Gertrude and load up the cash. When Jason tries to protest, Sugarplum knocks him out with her rifle.
As Sugarplum and the rest of the mercenaries prepare to load up the cash, Linda (having defended herself along with Alva and Bertrude) appears and fatally shoots her.

- Sugarplum's real name is revealed via Santa's naughty list. She is the only woman in Scrooge's team besides Candy Cane, who is identified by Santa as "Kira". The only other female name to appear on the naughty list is Jessica Prestwood.
