Sultan became vengeful and killed Tolyan's dealers. However, he was soon caught by the police and imprisoned. In prison, Sultan was a member of a violent prison gang, and took part in gang wars, where he, apparently, was stabbed in his stomach with a shiv.
After being released he tried to start his business, presumably, illegal business, but was arrested again, After being realised again, Sultan decided leave it all behind and went to the Zone. In the Zone Sultan became a bandit, rising through the ranks rapidly and eventually became a kingpin.
Unlike his predecessors, Yoga and Borov, Sultan made the bandits less chaotic and aggressive, making them more discipline, and unlike Yoga, didn't had to use tyranny for it.
After the path to the center of the Zone opened, Sultan and his gang relocated there and established neutral relationship with the local stalkers on Skadovsk. However, Sultan still wanted to take over Skadovsk and make it a bandit-only place.
How successful will his attempts be is fully player-determinant.
