Sumire Kakei, born Sumire Shigaraki was an Academy student from Konohagakure, and a representative of her Academy class. Later, she is revealed to be the culprit behind the Ghost incidents.
Background
Tanuki Shigaraki trained to avenge Danzo Shimura. He bestowed her with Gozu Tenno after an orphan created "Sumire Kakei", deciding it was to create a cover story before exacting her father's plan. Eventually he died, but not before having trained his daughter, Sumire eventually became the representative of her Academy class.
When she donned Sumire Kake, Sumire wears a mask with a white cloak. After her identity is discovered, Sumire wears her link with the Gozu Tenno. Having arduous training, Sumire is a capable kunoichi. She is able show the ability to create a snake-like mass of dark chakra. She has also shown being able to fight with Mitsuki. Her asset is her manipulative nature that has allowed her to forge a meek and ordinary young girl. At the same time, she is very stealthy in general, able to effectively conceal her presence, making it very difficult to locate her.
Sumire creates the identity of "Sumire Kakei"
