Suna Silentstrike is a character from World of Warcraft who originally serves as an ally of the Shado-Pan, a military order in the land of Pandaria who defend the land from varied evils, yet due to the machinations of the Sha of Hatred she became corrupt and acted as the secondary antagonist of "The Point of No Return".
History[]
Suna was one of the Shado-Pan warriors assigned to aid in defeating a hostile tribe of Yaungol and freeing prisoners - she is particularly motivated as her husband is among those who have been imprisoned. Tragically her husband is proven to have been killed in captivity and she mourns bitterly over his death while swearing revenge on his killers, she also blames her former friend Ban Bearheart for not ordering the attack on the Yaungol village sooner.
In her rage she commands the player hero to defeat and slay Jung Duk, the vicious Yaungol chief responsible for the deaths of many (her husband included) and ruler of the camp. Suna proceeds to flee by herself to another Yaungol village and massacres the entire tribe - though the tribe had already began to massacre itself, due to the influence of the Shad of Hatred, which was also corrupting Suna and transforming her into an avatar for itself.
Soon the village is engulfed in madness, death and rage as the Sha of Hatred consumes everything it can, driving Suna to a near-feral state as she takes refuge in a hut - when confronted by the player hero she accuses them of being sent to kill her by Ban, blaming Ban directly for the death of her husband and attacking with the intent of killing the player.
Yet in her dying moments Suna's former self awakens as the Sha of Hatred exits her body, realizing she had allowed her hate to betray her she tells the player hero she is sorry and to tell Ban all is forgiven, she then dies as the Sha of Hatred takes physical form and mocks the Shado-Pan, proclaiming it shall destroy all of Pandaria.
