Ryan Rubik (also known as The Supreme Master) is the main antagonist of the 2001-2016 animated TV series Mutant Busters. He is the uncle of wart and Verruca, and the brother of Jim Rubik aka the sheriff. He was mutated by the mutants and turned into the Supreme Master and is the evil leader of all the mutants of the big fart who is trying to rule the world of the earth to destroy all humans and La Resistance. He is the arch-enemy of Sheriff.

Wart has to babysit the Supreme Master's nephew.
To raise his troops' morale and prove that mutants are superior, the Supreme Master announces a song contest, "Mutantvision." But Sheriff and his crew won't stand for being told they aren't "groovy," so they decide to sneak in as La Rockinstance and perform in the festival.
La Résistance arrives at Panic Lair, where the lemon, the last ingredient for the antidote, is to be found. If they can get their hands on it, Sheriff and the others will be able to stop the mutant invasion. What they don't know is that the Supreme Master wants to steal the Morphonite, and will do anything it takes to get it.
While their companions fight against an army of mutants, Sheriff and Vegan-Su face the terrifying Supreme Master in Panic Lair. They must prevent the mutant leader from carrying out his plan or humanity is doomed. But what La Résistance doesn't know is that the Supreme Master has a dark secret.
The Supreme Master is revealed to be Sheriff's brother Ryan, who was transformed into a mutant during the Big Fart. Now Ryan has activated the ray that will transform all the humans on the planet into mutants. Sheriff and Vegan must stop him before it's too late, but Ryan tries to tempt Sheriff to join him.
