The Survivor is a minor antagonist in the 2023 video game Lies of P.
He is voiced by Mathew Foster.
Biography[]
The Survivor once made a vow to protect a boy named Leo, who was either his friend or possibly even brother. However, when the puppets started to defy the Grand Covenant, the Survivor broke his vow by fleeing and leaving Leo behind. This resulted in Leo getting killed by the puppets, and the Survivor began to hate himself for leaving Leo behind.
In self-imposed isolation, the Survivor left his hideaway only to kill puppets, trying to avenge Leo's death, though never being able to escape the guilt.
When P arrived, the Survivor would attack him, either realizing that he is a puppet or thinking that he is Leo's ghost depending on what P is wearing. Regardless, it results in the Survivor's death, why he apologizes to Leo one last time for his cowardice before passing away.
