Sebastian Kraus, also known as "Swain" is one of the secondary antagonists of the web series TribeTwelve. Swain was a former German Wehrmacht soldier, and also the owner of the diary that is in the hands of Karl Maxwell, who ended up becoming a member of the Collective after being captured by the Slender Man during the events of the Second World War.
Biography[]
Before becoming Swain, Sebastian Kraus was an normal citizen, married to a woman named Ännchen. Sebastian then ended up serving in the Wehrmacht, and during the events of the Second World War, he wrote down events in his journal about the operations he participated in, and even sinister events that happened during the war.
Until then, Sebastian met with a man named Lars Müller, a lieutenant in the Waffen SS, whose name would later change to Henka Visæ. In 1944, when Sebastian was in the Black Forest, in Germany, he ended up encountering something that left him terrified and ran to a camp of American OSS agents, that's where he found Karl Maxwell, Noah Maxwell's grandfather.
The OSS agents begin to hear strange noises coming from the forest, and come face to face with Slender Man, they open fire, but there is no effect. A tentacle from Slender Man grabbed Sebastian by the legs, making him rise into the air and scream in despair, after he disappeared from sight, he drops his journal into Karl's hands, leaving it stored as a relic, but it ended up becoming a danger for Karl, as The Collective is after his diary. After the war ended, Sebastian ended up becoming Swain. His goal now is try obtain his journal from Karl

- He reveals himself on-camera in DEATHTRAPEXDODUS, where he is seen holding the journal up to the camera surrounded by Firebrand's text.
- Sebastian's story is told in his journal, which was leaked after the series creator, Adam Rosner, was exposed for his predatory behavior towards minors.
