Sykes is a minor antagonist of Season 5 of Gotham. He is Penguin's ally and he plans on hunting Jim Gordon and selling his gas to all criminal territories in Gotham.
He is portrayed by Alex Morf, who has also portrayed Victor Zsasz in Batwoman.
History[]
He at first asks one of his workers/children to breathe in the smoke, implying that he will sell it to all the territories of Gotham, including his trusted ally, The Penguin, who wants him to hunt down Jim Gordon. Gordon later rescues his workers and takes 3 of them with him, as the others are transported to the GCPD's territory. He later tries to hunt down Gordon, but Barbara shoots him and Jim Gordon then kills him with a final shot.
But later, Sykes is revealed to be alive and worked for Jeremiah Valeska, who kills Sykes by slashing his throat when he protests how Jeremiah is making his men work.
