Sylvian Fisher is Paul Spryman's political rival and the main antagonist of the Ozzy & Drix episode, "Growth".
Biography[]
Not wanting to wait to become mayor, Sylvian creates a growth formula to frame Spryman by pouring his growth formula into Hector.
With the entire City of Hector blaming Spryman for the sudden growth spurts, Sylvian has the attention of all his voters, dishonestly telling them that he'll manage Hector's growth wisely.
When Ozzy, Drix and Maria discovered Sylvian's evil plan in his secret lab, the latter has his henchmen attack them, only for the henchmen to be taken down by the three officers.
When Ozzy informed Chief Gluteus about Sylvian's evil plan to become mayor, him and the City of Hector police force raid his office, with Sylvian having no other choice but to retreat to his secret lab, where he takes his own growth formula, transforming him into a Hulk-like monster, whose only desire is to smash Spryman, breaking out of his lab to do so.
Halfway from City Hall, Gluteus and several squad cars create a blockade to stop Sylvian, who just smashes his way through them.
Trivia[]
- When Fisher drinks the growth formula, he slightly resembles the Marvel comic book superhero, the Incredible Hulk, except with orange replacing green, but having the same purple pants, making him almost resemble The Thing from Fantastic Four.
