Syringeon is a major character in the Garten of Banban series, serving as the overarching protagonist of Garten of Banban VI, and the deuteragonist of Garten of Banban VII.
He is voiced by Ray O' Hare, who also voiced Charles Beakman in Clucky's.
Appearance[]
Syringeon retains his signature fuchsia coloration, but now boasts a more intricate and muscular appearance with contrasting veins. Notably, the surgical tools he wields are more dirty. Additionally, his eyes have undergone a transformation, now featuring solid black sclera with bright, circular white pupils.
Biography[]
After allying themselves with Syringeon (and getting him to apologize for his previous actions of trying and threatening to kill them and getting him to realize they came to Cityngeon to find their child), the player finds a sample of Jumbo Josh's DNA. Syringeon covers the remaining piece of Queen Bouncelia's scepter with the sample in hopes of luring Sir Dadadoo into a trap. Sure enough, Sir Dadadoo arrives and angrily recalls how he and Syringeon were originally on the same side before Syringeon betrayed him after their plan failed. He reattaches the missing piece to the scepter before a claw picks him up. After Syringeon and the player get themselves to safety, Sir Dadadoo summons his army to kill them (excluding Bittergiggle after he got cured by Sheriff Toadster), and when he's done with them, all of the kindergarten will bow down to him. However, there is another step in Syringeon's trap, and Jumbo Josh arrives and takes out Sir Dadadoo's army before taking Sir Dadadoo and repeatedly punching him into the ground. Jumbo Josh then eats the scepter and the player is once again knocked unconscious.
The player wakes up alongside Stinger Flynn in Syringeon's lab, who tells them that Sir Dadadoo's army has been returned to normal. They need to get some rest before figuring out what to do next, and Syringeon ensures the player that they will find their missing child in no time. Stinger Flynn notices that the Banban sticker is peeling off the wall, to which Syringeon finds weird, and tells them to not worry about it. The player peels it off to reveal the secret of the hidden mascot; Flumbo, as well as the hidden truth of the kindergarten. Syringeon tells them to never play with the devil before knocking them out in favor of his orders.
Personality[]
Syringeon is an arrogant and blunt individual, who is completely obsessed with his craft, creating endless duplicates of Case 4B (the Citizens) in order to constantly improve his surgical skills. He is a strict totalitarian, as he is incredibly controlling. This is evident in the set of rules for the city of Cityngeon, which allows him to legally arrest, kidnap and execute anyone in the city, while he himself also breaks his own rules, making him a hypocritical tyrant.
These extremely stern rules are merely used by Syringeon to gather subjects and assistants for his operations. Syringeon often has a really bad temper as he would severely punish assistants for simple mistakes and kill them. Despite his villainous actions and crimes, he has noble goals and believes his operations, though using unwilling subjects, are for the greater good.
Syringeon has a strong distaste towards all humans, obviously due to them locking him in the lower levels with nothing long ago. However, he does show a certain degree of kindness to the player and understands that they want to rescue their children.
