Case 4: The Surgeon, also known as Syringeon, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Sir Dadadoo) of the Garten of Banban franchise.
He is voiced by Ray O' Hare, who also voiced Charles Beakman in Clucky's.
Appearance[]
Syringeon is fushia-colored and his head is similar to that of a hammerhead worm. He has 4 arms and in place of hands, are different specialized tools he uses for what he does. The tools he uses seem dirty, and Syringeon's overall body appears veiny.

Past[]
Syringeon was the fourth case created by Banban's Kindergarten. After noticing him creating several copies of Case 4b the scientists decided to hire him to carry out procedures. Sometime later he and the scientists create Banban. However due to Banban occasionally becoming aggressive the team decided to replace him something Syringeon was not on board with.
Garten of Banban 0[]
Just when the Flumbo, Banban and the others were about to play another round of hide and seek Syringeon walks into the room and snatches one of the Givainum blobs. He then tells Banban that he going to be replaced and says that they will plan something tonight.
After Garten of Banban 0[]
Sometime after the events of the game he along with a few other cases were thrown into the abandoned floors of the facility. He along with Queen Bounceila and Sir Dadadoo would then plan a rebellion against the human staff of the kindergarten. However, when the staff found out about the rebellion, they threatened Dadadoo's comrades into giving up the rebellion. This caused them to betray Dadadoo and trap him and the Naughty Ones inside Queen Bouncelia's pouch using the scepter. After that Syringeon took a piece of the scepter and fled deeper into the facility where he would continue to create more copies of Case 4b.
Garten of Banban VII[]
After allying themselves with Syringeon (and getting him to apologize for his previous actions of trying and threatening to kill them and getting him to realize they came to Cityngeon to find their child), the player finds a sample of Jumbo Josh's DNA. Syringeon covers the remaining piece of Queen Bouncelia's scepter with the sample in hopes of luring Sir Dadadoo into a trap. Sure enough, Sir Dadadoo arrives and angrily recalls how he and Syringeon were originally on the same side before Syringeon betrayed him after their plan failed. He reattaches the missing piece to the scepter before a claw picks him up. After Syringeon and the player get themselves to safety, Sir Dadadoo summons his army to kill them (excluding Bittergiggle after he got cured by Sheriff Toadster), and when he's done with them, all of the kindergarten will bow down to him. However, there is another step in Syringeon's trap, and Jumbo Josh arrives and takes out Sir Dadadoo's army before taking Sir Dadadoo and repeatedly punching him into the ground. Jumbo Josh then eats the scepter and the player is once again knocked unconscious.
The player wakes up alongside Stinger Flynn in Syringeon's lab, who tells them that Sir Dadadoo's army has been returned to normal. They need to get some rest before figuring out what to do next, and Syringeon ensures the player that they will find their missing child in no time. Stinger Flynn notices that the Banban sticker is peeling off the wall, to which Syringeon finds weird, and tells them to not worry about it. The player peels it off to reveal the secret of the hidden mascot; Flumbo, as well as the hidden truth of the kindergarten. Syringeon tells them to never play with the devil before knocking them out in favor of his orders.
Garten of Banban VIII[]
After Syringeon knocks out the player, he sends them to a prison and takes over the facility. After the player escapes, he tries to hunt the player down, sending the new reclamation team after them and promising lollipops as a reward.
After having Banban release Flumbo from the closet, he and Banban tie him to a chair, planning to take his eyes likely to replace Banban's missing one. However, with the help of the player, both them and Flumbo escape after Syringeon who unsuccessfully attempts to convince Flumbo to get back in the chair, watching them both jump into Zolphius. Out of frustration of the repeated escapes and failures of the new reclamation team, he kidnaps Banbaleena to force Flumbo and the player to meet with him. Despite both showing up, Syringeon dumps Banbaleena into the vat anyway. However, the player plays a tape revealing Syringeon was the one who created Banban's hellish form, and admits to Banban he was just a random case to him at the time, but has become his favorite experiment. This causes Banban to transform into his hellish form and kill Syringeon, to which he simply says he won't see the final stage, before being thrown in the vat.
Personality[]
Syringeon is an arrogant and blunt individual, who is completely obsessed with his craft, creating endless duplicates of Case 4B (the Givanium Citizens) in order to constantly improve his surgical skills. He is a strict totalitarian, as he is incredibly controlling. This is evident in the set of rules for the city of Cityngeon, which allows him to legally arrest, kidnap and execute anyone in the city, while he himself also breaks his own rules, making him a hypocritical tyrant.
These extremely stern rules are merely used by Syringeon to gather subjects and assistants for his operations. Syringeon often has a really bad temper as he would severely punish assistants for simple mistakes and kill them. Despite his villainous actions and crimes, he has noble goals and believes his operations, though using unwilling subjects, are for the greater good.
Syringeon has a strong distaste towards all humans, obviously due to them locking him in the lower levels with nothing long ago. However, he does show a certain degree of kindness to the player and understands that they want to rescue their children, However, he later abandons this and has no problem with imprisoning and likely killing them in Garten of Banban VIII.
In Garten of Banban 0 it’s implied that he was some sort of father figure to Banban and was also the only one who voted to not replace Banban. However, he doesn't see him as his kid or anything, even calling him his "favorite experiment," and was the reason for Banban's Hellish form. He also doesn't show sadness or anger when Banban kills him and simply says he won't see the final stage, showing he truly doesn't care for Banban and likely was simply proud of the experiment rather than true care.

- Despite Syringeon's statement that Banban was his favorite experiment, he tried to save him with all his might, so it's possible that he had genuine fatherly feelings towards Banban, or that he may have misspoken.
