Teodoro Demetrio Sórdido, better known as Tío Pelado (Bald Uncle), is a the main antagonist of the Chilean children's program 31 Minutos.
He is voiced by Pedro Peirano from Season 1 to Season 3 of 31 Minutos, and later Daniel Castro from 31 Minutes: The Movie and Season 4 of 31 Minutos.

Tío Pelado is a human-like puppet, with a mustache and black hair, but a mostly bald head.
Personality[]
Tío Pelado is very greedy, so he always does criminal acts to obtain money. He can commonly be seen cheating other people with lies into giving them their money, and he also steals other people's things and then sells them. Previously, he was a drummer for The Uncle Horacio Show.
Biography[]
Tío Pelado is also a recurring villain in the "La Nota Verde" section of 31 Minutos, where he can be seen scamming people, kidnapping others, mistreating animals, or polluting wild places.
In 31 Minutes: The Movie, Tío Pelado kidnaps Juanín to deliver him to Cachirula, a collector of exotic animals, under the promise that Cachirula would give him money. Cachirula breaks her promise and gets rid of Tío Pelado to leave no evidence. Later in the movie, Tío Pelado decides to join the protagonists against Cachirula, but later abandons them to escape from Cachirula.
