Tabata is a member of Foundation X and a minor antagonist in Kamen Rider W.
He was portrayed by Tsunekichi Takeoka.
History[]
Tabata was given a briefcase full of T2 Gaia Memories to take to Foundation X's headquarters.
Tabata left Futo in a helicopter to bring the Memories to Foundation X's base but unbeknownst to him he was being followed by a cargo plane. Katsumi Daido then leaped out of the plane and into the helicopter, where he stole the briefcase of T2 Gaia Memories and used one to transform into Kamen Rider Eternal.
Tabata then activated the briefcase's self-destruct, though Katsumi leaped out of the helicopter and back onto the plane before the explosion could catch up to him. The explosion of the helicopter caused the T2 Gaia Memories to rain down throughout Futo City.
