Tahir Khaled was a villain that appeared in the TV show NCIS: Los Angeles. He is the mortal enemy of NCIS agent Sam Hanna and is responsible for the murder of Sam's wife.
He was portrayed by Anslem Richardson.
History[]
To make sure, Sam experienced a devastating loss, Tahir decided to launch an attack on the military academy that Sam's son Aiden attended. Tahir took over the school, having the students held up in auditorium but he was angry that Aiden was not there. Having his men search for the child, Tahir soon confronted Aiden himself and easily overpowered the boy before insulting his father.
Soon NCIS got a notification from Aiden to Sam, who had his team help him in saving his son. The OSP team was able to covertly take down Tahir's men while safely rescuing the students. Tahir and Sam meet again, with the latter viciously attacking him for going after his son. Callen remarked to the ESU that the fight was personal, and Sam soon emerged victorious and almost killed Tahir but regained his senses and settled for arresting Khaled.
However, Tahir was far from finished, due to his loyal followers kidnapping Sam's wife Michelle and holding her captive until their leader was freed. Tahir is freed and his efforts to spite Sam were successful, as Michelle later died of suffocation while held captive in a chamber. This set Sam on the path of vengeful rage, and he went after Tahir. Much later, Tahir had his forces steal Michelle's body and Tahir left a phone in the van carrying her for NCIS to find. He made the call only for Sam's friend Detective Deeks to answer instead. Tahir assumed Sam was being a coward, but Deeks informs Tahir that Sam actually went rogue and is currently hunting him. Tahir was amused and gave the team a message to relay to Sam on where to meet him.
Tahir and Sam met again on a tour bus, where they exchange insults and a desire to kill the other. Tahir soon handcuffed Sam and revealed that he had a bomb vest on to kill both Sam and the civilians on board. NCIS were able to overcome several of Tahir's men, while Sam was able to get free and Tahir lost his hand before he ultimately died in a suicide bombing.
