Sid

Takaido or Sid (4Kids dub) is one of Bandit Keith's three henchmen in the manga and anime TV series Yu-Gi-Oh!.

He is voiced by Eiji Takemoto in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Eric Stuart in the English 4Kids dub.

The Anime[]

Takaido is the cool guy of the trio, with long red hair and an Australian accent in the 4Kids dub.

Duelist Kingdom[]

Takaido, Ghost Kotsuzuka and Satake attacked Katsuya Jonouchi and took him to a cave, where Kotsuzuka dueled Jonouchi. After Yugi, Anzu Mazaki, Hiroto Honda and Dark Bakura appeared to cheer Jonouchi on, Honda attacked Takaido and Satake, but Takaido threw a rock at him, and Satake punched him. After Jonouchi defeated Kotsuzuka, Keith had him, Takaido and Satake seal the exit with a boulder to prevent Yugi and the others from escaping. Afterward, Keith beat the three of them up and stole their Star Chips.

Battle City[]

Takaido entered Kaiba's tournament in Battle City alongside Kotsuzuka and Satake. Rather than duel for star chips, they put on zombie masks and scared people at the cemetery to get their Locator Cards. They attempted to do this to Dark Bakura, but he was unaffected by it, and dueled Kotsuzuka, taking the duel to hell. Dark Bakura gained the advantage, and soon told them that they were in hell and if Kotsuzuka lost, they would be trapped there forever (or at least until Dark Bakura chose to set them free). Takaido tried to run, but came back from the other side, as one cannot run from hell. Dark Bakura defeated Kotsuzuka, so he, Takaido and Satake became trapped in hell, vanishing into shadowy clouds in the ground. Dark Bakura then took their Locator Cards so he could enter the final rounds.

He has not been seen since. In the 4Kids version, they were sent to the Shadow Realm rather than Hell (though there is little difference between the two), with hands pulling them into the ground.
