Takuro Mogi is a bored high school student who collaborates with the Shoot Roidmude and an antagonist in Kamen Rider Drive.

Having grown bored of his life, Takuro made a bomb threat to a building on a whim. It just so happened though that the Shoot Roidmude overheard his threat and decided to make his fake bomb threat a real one, blowing up the building. After witnessing the bombing, Takuro was met by Shoot who copied his human appearance. The two proceeded to make a deal where Takuro would call in bomb threats and the Shoot Roidmude would carry them out. These bombings soon caught the attention of the Special Investigation Unit, who began investigating them.
However, after being defeated by Kamen Rider Drive the first time, Shoot decided Takuro was no longer useful and began targeting him. After Drive defeated Shoot again permanently, Captain Jun Honganji of the SIU gave Takuro some words of advice before departing.
