Affably Evil or Faux Affably Evil[]
As I know the standards for this trope are different in Villains wiki, should Dynamo go under Affably Evil or Faux Affably Evil. While always polite even in his defeats, Dynamo has no problem doing heartless things in the X series, killing all the researchers on the Eurasia space colony, then trying to wipe out humanity by dropping the colony on Earth(note even in the best case, the debris still wipes out millions and causes enough damage that humans live underground. He also attempts to use the deadly nightmare virus for his own ends. Unlike the other reploid villains, there is no sign that Dynamo is corrupted by the virus or simply full of faulty circuitry, he just seems to be a thrill seeker.
