A Strange Case Indeed..[]
I find myself asking, can Nollette be considered a murderer if he tampered with a cryogenic tank? technically cryogenics is a limbo subject.. neither fully "dead" nor "alive".. I am at a total loss here.. Queen Misery (talk) 22:10, June 6, 2015 (UTC)
It depends if he erased only all it consciousness then arguably yes but same if he destroyed its body. If he only takes control of it then no. If it has a mind be it artificial or organic it to me it is to be considered a thing able to be killed.Jester of chaos (talk) 22:17, June 6, 2015 (UTC)
it was literally a human frozen with hope to be revived in the future (can't say much more as it was very important to plot, basically "brain in jar") : he thawed the body, making it impossible to preserve (and thus ruining the cryogenic effort) Queen Misery (talk) 22:26, June 6, 2015 (UTC)
I would still arguably consider that murder as in a similar way that it is to turn life support system which kill the body. This of course could be argued of they were already dead but this would destroy any chance of reviving the person frozen.Jester of chaos (talk) 22:38, June 6, 2015 (UTC)
