Vincent just wants his food back and Glady's is an absolute torturer. She is the reason for war between humans and animals. Cross her and she will call the verminator, or worse, she will kill you if you are human or not.
No, she's just kind of an impatient, paranoid jackass. Vincent is the villain responsible for the plot and drives it throughout. Gladys is the human antagonist, but Vincent's the bigger threat.
