Complete Monster?[]

Immortan Joe is a bad guy. No doubt about it. But he doesn't care for anyone, not even his children? I'm asking this, because that's what disqualified Frank D'Amico from being a CM; his love for his son. --DragonDude83 (talk) 22:39, May 31, 2015 (UTC)

He saw his children as only his property, along with his wives. The scene in which he loses his child is actually just him being mad that he lost what he thought was a perfectly good male child, rather than actually caring for the son as an individual. Robinsonbecky (talk) 06:11, May 31, 2015. (UTC)

But doesn't he show concern for one of his wives when she is killed? So I still don't get how he's a CM. Cenationfan1 (talk) 02:26, July 8, 2015 (UTC)

Immortan Joe is not a CM, he showed concern for on his wives, who was pregnant when she fell of a vehicle. Even if a villain shows the slightest bit of empathy that disqualifies them from beings CMs. TV Tropes isn't right about everythi ng.Eryk.danielak.5 (talk) 23:44, November 6, 2015 (UTC)

He more than often refers to the girls and their unborn babies as their property. He appears distraught when one of the girls dies but he's actually just frustrated because he lost a possible worthy male heir unlike his son who looks genuine sad. He never show care for their children either. He also threatens to shoot another of his girls when the heroes try to rescue. Nothing indicates he's bluffing. He saw everyone and everything just a possession. So having no love there's nothing redeemable of him. His only standard is just pragmatism.TheMovieTraveller (talk) 14:22, November 8, 2015. (UTC)

Honestly, since he wears that mask over his face, it makes it hard to tell what his true feelings are.  Robinsonbecky (talk) 07:49, November 8, 2015 (UTC)

some CMs can have scenes where they *appear* to care for someone but it is either false or their crimes are so horrific that tiny bit of "good" should be considered invalid.. Alan Yates "cared" for his girlfriend for about five seconds or so before he went completely insane and abandoned her, Joker "cares" for Harley Quinn before beating her (arguably Joker genuinely cares for Batman in MANY incarnations but it is so twisted by his madness it may as well be false, remember Joker doesn't *want* Batman dead and has even KILLED other villains to keep Batman's identity secret etc..).. CMs, unless nothing but cackling 2-dimensional madmen, are like any other character and may "care" for one person or possession but it is dwarved by the enormity and severity of their criminal actions Inferno Pendragon (talk) 14:00, November 8, 2015 (UTC)
