Does Cronus count as a Complete Monster really? Is he evil? Absolutely! But complete monster? Not so sure. Everythiing he did was out of greed, vanity or self interests. Complete Monsters are the ones who make others suffer just cause or whose self interests take a toll on a very large group of people. What he did to his kids and mosterous siblings and father was terrible but I don't think the scale of victims was big enough to qualify.
