Is he really pure evil? If he really is a villain "In Love" then it is a redeeming quality and is enough to disqualify him. Foster's "love" for Effy is not really love, it is just possessive desire.
You do make a good point but I think it's simply obssesion what Louie has. Besides it's not enough to redeem him espiecially by the series standard of villains since there are many others villains from skins who do show geniune love and care like David Blood for example however Louie doesn't belong there and by the series standards he is one of the most evil. Does he have offscreen villainy? Because if most of his actions are off-screen, it is considered as a disqualifying factor.
All he done off screen was kill Emma's parents, Rob and hang Emma. Everything else was on screen and I think this could be excused since they pulled alot of his killings for tension in the audience and if they showed it in the open it'd kinda ruin it.Loolveus (talk) 15:11, June 20, 2017 (UTC)

I think he counts as pure evil, because for starters he has no redeeming qualities at all, didn't really love Charlie, and is the only villian on the show to have killed someone, apart for Dr. Foster who is pure evil, even worse he's killed more than one person. DeanHindley95
