Shelby IS one of the antagonists in Neighbor's 2. All she cares about is throwing parties for her soririty and all the noise she and her friends make are disturbing to the film's protagonists who are trying to sell their house and they all disagree and are in conflict with eachother. She even did some illegal things too, which would affect the protagonist's goal of selling their house and a battle breaks out between the two. Even at the end if she changes sides and makes peace with the protagonists, she's still considered an antagonist of the film up until that point.
I studied screen writing in film school and I know how this works.

Sorry to contredict you but she's the main villain of this q=serquel sorry but uits the truth i didn't see the movie yet, but i see the trailer and she is the main antagonist.
She's a villain because she sells drugs WHILE ratting out her competition. If it's not wrong to sell drugs, then how would you morally justify ratting out the competition to obtain a monopoly?
