His name[]
I'd like to ask something that might seem trivial and yet equaly complicated: shouldn't this particular antagonist's first and middle name be cojoined as one instead of being separate?
I'm asking because according to the manga and the Bleach wikia, his identity is regarded as Szayelaporro Granz. And the reason why I believe it is worth making a topic about in this talk page is because if this editing is carried out then that means every other mention of him on Villians Wiki will also have to undergoe some editing. Not a Complete Monster[]
There's no denying he's very heinous, but Mayuri being dropped complicates matters greatly considering he has far worse crimes under his belt and less heinous villains can only count if their crimes are distinctive. Honorshipper (talk) 14:13, October 8, 2015 (UTC)
He still sticks out to me especially since Mayuri was later used more as a Comical character who apparently has Pet the Dog moments, while from what I saw he was serious throughout the parts he was in. I mean he kills his enemies either to live longer or crushed their organs one by one just to make them suffer and seems to meet all the requirements to the point he is on TV Tropes and have not seen a argument against him. Szayel has a couple of darkly comedic traits same as Mayuri, for example he says that the only downside to the Gabriel ability is it ruins his hair. I'd like to point out that Ipersonally don't think being TV Tropes approved means that much any more because their standards have gotten so ridiculously high that no character they removed would surprise me.Honorshipper (talk) 13:48, October 8, 2015 (UTC)
The major problem I have ever had with TV Tropes is people only saying they approved that's the reason and them being apathetic towards the tragedy of some as I don't see Cobra Commander (G.I. Joe film series) as one as he had a true tragedy and was later put through a fate worse then death presumably more than a year. That said the few lines seem like a smart ass comment not playing him for laughs kind of like Evil is hammy. I see him as one as like Mayuri he is very sadistic but missing the pet the dog type moments, any real need to help a society or even being played off as a Comic Relief.Jester of chaos (talk) 14:16, October 8, 2015 (UTC)
