The wiki page said that they might have a had chance at mental rehabilitation if they went sent to a mental ward...July 10, 2014 Pigletisbacon 21:40

Again the show itself never stated that they were mentally unstable. They're just shown as being evil. robinsonbecky@bellsouth.net (talk) 02:48, July 11, 2014 (UTC)Robinsonbecky

They never even stated that this motherf***er was abandoned by his parents nor was shown to be badly grown by the orphanage. This s***head qualifies as a monster as he chose to become evil. (Swoobatman (talk) 07:43, July 11, 2014 (UTC))

The wiki page said that Director Kakuzawa and the Unknown Man did more evil things that they did...a villain can't qualify as a Complete Monster if they're not one of the worst villains in the series... Pigletisbacon 7:21 PM September 2, 2014

Now look, they tried their hardest to be as heinous as they could possibly be, and therefore, they should count because of that. Again, do not start another edit war. You already got one page locked, and you pissed a lot of users off. I do not want something like this to happen again. Do you understand? robinsonbecky@bellsouth.net (talk) 01:59, September 3, 2014 (UTC)Robinsonbecky

I'm not really interested in editing the wiki anymore lately...I feel like it's making me turn violent and hateful...

If they tried to be as heinous as they could be, then why didn't they burn down the orphanage?

Pigletisbacon September 2, 2014 9:26 PM

That is unfortunately a very weak excuse. They aren't that stupid enough to reveal their true nature towards the orphanage's faculty, it can also be proven they are clever enough when to attack their prey. Almost every known bullies like to hide their vile actions in front of those who have authority in school such as principals, teachers & cops by pretending that they are friendly towards their prey in front of them then they would continue to abuse their prey when they aren't around. Before Lucy killed them & when these morons killed her puppy right in front of her, there were no teachers at all to stop them & prevent this from happening. It is also obvious that you didn't particularly watched the entire scene/episode properly or watched Elfen Lied & understand the entire scene & read the wiki's actual meaning of Complete Monster properly. You don't fully know the series properly, you just edit a page you don't yourself fully know & you just kept using another villain's wiki page as an excuse without even watching the entire series. Also, please just edit pages of characters you yourself know a lot properly, especially if its lacking information as we needed it. That is why many users in this wiki (myself included) are getting very angry at you & some started cyberbullying you out of anger for this. (Swoobatman (talk) 08:29, September 13, 2014 (UTC))

The standards for evil in Elfen Lied is really high considering that the main protagonist is a serial killer...though admittedly it is possible that Tomoo could have turned out worse than Lucy if he ever left the orphanage...Pigletisbacon 21:55 September 26, 2014

Seriously? Get lost if I were you. Just please leave this page alone if you have nothing good to say about it. Also, why did you remove that important trivia I placed there? You obviously removed that so you can continue your petty excuse, didn't you? (Swoobatman (talk) 01:44, September 29, 2014 (UTC))

Didn't the orphanage staff allow Tomoo to do all these things? Idon'tknowwhichgodtoworship October 7, 2014 12:40

Sorry, but nothing is said that the orphanage let this monstrous kid & his stupid demonic friends to just allow them do what they want. They are just portrayed heinous enought that they are not like just ordinary kids their age anymore. (Swoobatman (talk) 03:43, November 3, 2014 (UTC))

While I'm not saying that the children weren't monsters, I'm pretty sure that the owners of the orphanage allowed the children to bully Lucy, because they were most likely as predjudiced as they were. It's just that the kids manage to stick out more. robinsonbecky@bellsouth.net (talk) 04:15, November 3, 2014 (UTC)Robinsonbecky

the only one who crossed the moral event horizon was him, and as for the "traitor girl" I don't think she's monstruous and sociopathic like him she just wanted tomoo to bully the dog just BULLY the dog, and her suspicious smile was just an imagination on Lucy's mind, the only ones who deserved to die was tomoo and his gang, besides there's a category on the orphanage girl saying remorseful villains. I hope tomoo burns in hell.

What is Tomoo hiding?[]

Personally I think Tomoo is mysterious. Here are a few questions that have entered my brain about what he is, and what he did, and how he started.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Did Tomoo snap? If so, how did he?[]

I have been think about this for so long since I first saw this page. Considering how he acted, I believe that Tomoo had suffered an injury. This went straight to his brain, causing him to go down the same path King Henry VIII. This may be headcanon as his backstory was never explained. (Tomoo himself never revealed his backstory!) If he was injured, Tomoo most likely blamed the Diclonii for his injury. If you have any ideas on how he came to be the monster who had damaged Kaede to the point she lost her Philanthropy, please notify me about your thoughts.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Was Tomoo behind the anti-Diclonius bigotry that plagued the orphanage Kaede had visited in her youth... or was the faculty at fault?[]

Considering what I read on this Wiki about what Tomoo and his gang did, I was kind of startled that the faculty never stopped this wicked "game". Could he be behind their neglect? Though it may seem unlikely, it could be true as the faculty should be helpful. However, you said that the faculty may have been bigger, but Tomoo and his partners managed to project their threats even more, so that may be another likely (though terrifying) possibility. Another possibility could be it was when they would not know, which might mean it was on faculty break hours (considering bullies like to hide their deeds).RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Are Tomoo's allies really his partners, or did they just become his slaves?[]

Tomoo's partners follow their master around with his games throughout the flashback, plaguing his target Kaede for their pleasure. Considering how fierce he could be, Tomoo may forced his partners to follow him with his wicked game. If Tomoo himself was killed, but his partners were spared, then there could be a chance that they may be friendly inside, albeit afraid to show it when Tomoo was alive. Since they too were destroyed, we may never know for certain.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Was the Orphanage Girl Tomoo's Ally?[]

Considering his reaction during her attempts to stop his gang, the Orphanage Girl seems to have helped Tomoo. This is unlikely in my opinion since she apologized for telling his gang out of remorse (and that creepy smile that crossed the girl's face was most likely a hallucination that Kaede had when she found out about what the girl had done). I also think the enigmatic little girl from the orphanage was just loose-lipped, not really traitorous as you guys think she is; deep inside in my personal opinion, she is just as sweet as Peanuts's Heather Wold was (and is still now), rather than as demonic (in a sense. You guys can just use ruthless, which in my opinion means the same thing.) as Tomoo was.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

What did Tomoo want?[]

I was thinking that Tomoo wanted the Diclonii and Homō Sapiēns to be enemies considering how he acted. Just before he was destroyed, however, Tomoo seemed to recoil in terror, so it would be unlikely that he wanted the two races to hate each other, and it would also make his mind just being unhinged more likely.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

Could Tomoo be redeemed, or is he Pure Evil?[]

Tomoo seemed rather unwilling to stop his mad game of Abuse the Diclonius. You may be grilling on me for this, but I'm NOT going to swear about him, so your language in my opinion might have destroyed your accounts if I was in charge. Since I read his page, Tomoo scared me, to say the least.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

It's definitely horrifying to see how twisted this kid was. If we learned more about him then maybe that possibility would be there. But all we can really remember was that horrible scene he caused. I think if the teachers found out just how depraved Tomoo and his partners were, then maybe they would have been sent to a reformatory. All I do know, is that the lack of evidence doesn't prove he had any potential to be better, and the only thing for certain was that this kid was seriously messed up. Why was Tomoo not given rehabilitation?[]

If he was not given habilitation, Tomoo may have tried to dodge habilitation, which could mean that he wanted to cause trouble, just like Henry Evans did in The Good Son. Another creepy possibility would be that his parents and/or relatives did not know about his behaviour, or brought him up the wrong way in his youth. If he was taught right and wrong, Tomoo may have gone the route Henry Evans did. (They are pretty similar, with animal cruelty and remorseless wrongdoings.)RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)

My Personal Opinion[]

Despite how terrifying he can be, doing what he did, personally, I think Tomoo needed to learn a lesson for what he had done. It is true that Kaede found his behaviour inexcusable, but this is where she and I disagree. She knew that his treatment of her was inhumane, yes, and she felt that she deserved to destroy him with her vectors, but I say that Tomoo should take his chance at mental rehabilitation. If that happened, he would have been able to apologize for what he had done.RileyGronlundSuperMario (talk) 21:23, March 26, 2020 (UTC)
