Not worth as Villain[]
Yuna isn't worth to consider as Villains, he theft to achieve his wish, trading everything in order to grant Akiho (his important person) has a better life. His goal can't make him as a villain[]
Actually, Yuna D. Kaito's goal is just to protect Akiho and change her destiny. Making Akiho the twin sister of Sakura is also part of a plan to distract the British Magic Society & the Shinomoto clan. After all, he died for Akiho's part.
