Tar is a minor antagonist in Ozzy & Drix, appearing in the episode "Where There's Smoke". He is part of Nick O' Teen's gang.
He is voiced by Frank Welker, who also voiced Billy Blob Bile.

Tar is a muscular grey guy with red eyes and black shorts.
Biography[]
When Hector smoked a cigarette, the smoke entered his system and Tar appeared along with Butane, Carbon Monoxide, and their leader Nick O' Teen. Ozzy spotted them and they hijacked a vehicle.
They realized that they needed to make Hector smoke again. When they learned about Mayor Spryman attending the Metabolica concert, they intruded on the Air Fair and Nick brainwashed the band to get to the Mayor.
After Nick brainwashed the Mayor and headed to the pleasure center, he left his crew to get rid of Ozzy and Drix. Tar was able to clog Drix's arm cannon with Tar, causing it to freeze himself. When Butane got stuck in a power box, Tar and Carbon Monoxide tried to pull him out, but Butane exploded and killed them all.
Powers and Abilities[]
Tar can manipulate his malleable body into various shapes as well as use it as a projectile. He's also resistant to physical attacks thanks to his sticky body, as seen when Jones tries kicking him.
