Tatsuo Hamilton also known as Agent Tatsuo is one the Antagonist of the 2012 Game Syndicate who is sent to kill Miles Kilo and Agent Merit for unknown reasons, he is authorized to kill Miles Kilo before he gets on the train and kicks him off.
He voiced by an unknown voice actor
Biography[]
he was only seen in the boss battle scene and cutscene called a train to catch, how he works for Gary Chang (Presumably) and assaults Kilo for contracting to kill him and taking his chip for an upgrade and sending it back to HQ called EuroCorp. He was avenging Gary Chang's death on what they did.
He wants to get rid of EuroCorp just like Ramón Rios and Cayman Global wants.
When he dies Kilo goes ahead and get his chip for an upgrade.
