Ted Marshall Jr. also known as Chief is the main antagonist of chinese cartoon flim 2014 Boonie Bears: To The Rescue and minor antagonist of chinse cartoon flim 2024 Boonie Bears: Time Twist, He is the heir to Ted Marshall Sr. and Lola's uncle, who wants to take her away because she stole his inheritance, and he decides to take his father's fortune for himself.

Boonie Bears: To The Rescue[]
At the beginning of the film, Arnold and Maurice are hunting for the girl. It turns out that Ted Marshall Sr. is dead. However, the suitcase that Lola was supposed to be in turned out to be empty. Vick thought that bears had entered the building. In the end, he finds the girl and takes care of her.
Vick is abducted, and he is captured by Ted along with Lola. Ted is trying to win Lola over to his side. Lola takes off his wig, and everyone is surprised. Vick begins to mock Ted, saying that he is bald too. Ted asks the servants to remove Vick. They begin to torment Vic, tickling his legs. After the siren sounds, he is informed that there are bears in the building. Ted stops torturing Vic. He leaves, shoving a lollipop into his mouth. Vic gets up and hits Ted with his head tied up, depriving him of a gold tooth.
The bears decide to infiltrate Ted and Vick using a steel ball to destroy structures. One of the bears climbs onto the balloon, while the other controls the crane. The ball breaks the windows. Ted, Arnold, and Maurice see the bears and start walking away, mocking them. They leave other bodyguards to deal with the bears. Vick, who is tied up in a chair, starts jumping and lands on one of Ted's bodyguards, smashing the chair and freeing himself. The bears deal with the bodyguards and defeat them. They start chasing the villains who are holding Lola. Briar catches Marisa with Lola, but the bridge starts to go away. They fall down, but Ted presses the button, turning on the fan from below. Briar, Maurice and Lola fly up. Briar catches up with Maurice and tries to catch Lola, but Ted takes him away with a cane and leaves, leaving Arnold and Maurice to deal with the trio.
Vick and the bears deftly defeat the villains with a Tornado in flight. Ted gets to the safe. He tries to get Lola to open the safe for him. Ted manages to grab Lola's hands, and with the help of a scan, the safe opens. Ted happily runs with a stool to get up and climb into the safe. He thinks there's a treasured legacy there. He finds toys there. He throws them away, but drops the box, which he noticed after throwing it away. He jumps out of the safe and opens the box. He finds toys, photos, etc. Looking at the photos, he remembers his childhood. He looks at the airplane he was playing with. Then he gets angry, throwing the airplane away.
Rummaging through the safe, he finds an envelope with the inscription "for Lola." He opens it and finds a note. Looking at her, he starts growling and getting angry. He decides to deal with Lola, but Vick and the bears come to the girl's rescue. Vick tells Ted to give up, but Ted presses a button on his remote control, and a vacuum descends, in which he is sent up using a ladder. He gets to the helicopter and flies away on it. Briard and Bramble catch up with the helicopter and fly off into one of the helicopter's skis. Vic tries to catch up with them, avoiding difficult obstacles. As a result, he flies by holding onto Bramble's tail. Bramble accidentally bites Briar. They manage to get into the cockpit of the helicopter and deal with Ted. Vic manages to save Lola. Bramble holds Vick, and Bramble holds Briar. Ted decides to throw Briar off the helicopter, crushing his ass with his foot, and then with his arms and body. As a result, he pushes back into the chair.
Ted decides to kick Briar out again, but then they jump to the top of the water tower themselves. The helicopter carrying Ted crashes into a tall tower, but Ted remains alive, descending on his parachute. He tells them that he will take revenge. As a result, he goes down to the place where the police are, and he is arrested.
