Terra is the leader of the Stardroids and one of the main antagonists of Mega Man V. His goal is to power the Dark Star and kill Mega Man.
Biography[]
Mega Man V[]
In the beginning of Mega Man V, Terra alongside his Stardroids launches an attack on Planet Earth. He confronts Mega Man which the latter tells Roll to run away. He effortlessly defeats Mega Man and critically injures him. He and his Stardroids manages to conquer most of the major cities.
After the defeat of the first four Stardroids, Terra waits for Mega Man in an unknown building. He confronts him again and shows surprise over Mega Man's survival. He shows resentment over his fallen comrades and sends out Dark Moon to kill Mega Man. It's then revealed that he gathered up all the resources on Earth and moved to space to create stronger robots. He and the Stardroids awaited there in order to plan an all-out attack against Earth. After the defeat of the second four Stardroids along with the space stations destroyed, he gets angry that Mega Man had ruined his plans to create a better world for robots. He fights against Mega Man to make himself worthy again to Dr. Wily, but was defeated.
Rockman Gigamix[]
In the manga Rockman Gigamix, the Stardroids are powerful space robots that attacked Earth, destroying several robots in the process. To power Dark Moon, he challenges and defeats Mega Man in combat, providing Dark Moon with despair from the people, easily fueling Dark Moon and helping him with his goal. Eventually, a repaired and upgraded Mega Man is able to destroy him, but his own despair and hatred provides the energy to bring forth a powerful entity called the Sunstar.

- Terra is the only male character from the Mega Man series to have a feminine name in at least one language, despite being a guy through and through. His name is a feminine Latin term that means "ground". Because of this, his name is modified in gender-distinguishing languages as El + [term for ground]. One example is his Spanish name, El Tierra.
- Terra's Japanese name, Āsu, is a pun on the Earth's English name.
