Terrorblade is one of the two main antagonists (alongside the Invoker) of Netflix's 2021 animated fantasy series DOTA: Dragon's Blood, serving as the main antagonist of the first half.
He is a powerful and manipulative demon who seeks to obtain the souls of the Eldwyrms so he could destroy the universe and remake it into his own image. He's the arch-enemy of Davion and Slyrak the Fire Eldwyrm.
He's voiced by JB Blanc, who's best known for his role as Roberto from Monster, Bane from both Arkham Origins and Telltale, and Zinyak from Saint Rows 4.
Appearance[]
Terroblade is a tall red and muscular demon with two horns and a red orb in his stomach. He also has wing-like tissue on his arms.
When he transforms to fight Selemene, his skin turns from red to dark and his neck glows green.
Powers and Abilities[]
Terrorblade can inhabit the bodies of humans and later tear his way out as demonstrated with an old lady as well as transforming countess people into his personal soldiers. He also can make use of powers such as restraining Selemene and sending her crashing into the ground and turning dozens of people into his own soldiers against their will.
Biography[]
Terrorblade is an incredibly powerful demon whose goal is to capture the souls of all 8 Eldwyrms to control and reshape creation to his will. Sometime in the series, he crosses paths with the The Invoker before leaving, but he later faces off with him with the intent to remake reality and offers him to join only for Invoker to refute this offer as his daughter would never accept a such world created by Terrorblade which leads to him fighting the demon.
When an old lady is praying to Selemene, something goes wrong and Terrorblade bursts from her body which kills her in the process. This sends everyone watching into a panic before he uses his magic to turn them into his soldiers for his plans. He is also told to rejoice by Selemene as he was granted a gift, oblivion as she rains light down upon his soldiers. When she sees him surviving the blasts, she is enraged and proceeds to attack him head on. Eventually, he manages to entrap her and sends her crashing into the ground.
Eventually, a wounded Davion gets grabbed by the throat by Terrorblade until he manages to stab the demon in the chest, causing him to burst into green light while also halting the attack he had been leading.
