Terry Lizer is a major antagonist in Big Mouth. He is the drama teacher at Bridgeton Middle School, who sexually harasses his female students. He was prominent in the first two seasons of the show as a minor character, But in Season 3, He made his final appearance in "Disclosure the Movie: The Musical!", when he was busted and fired from his job.
He was voiced by Rob Huebel.
Personality[]
While publicly presenting himself as a college educated liberal and an outspoken male feminist, this is a mere a ruse for Lizer's true nature as a sexual predator. Using this public image as "the cool teacher", he manages to fool almost everyone, including the adults, up until he is publicly outed. He is likely sexually repressed, if not emotionally stunted, hence why he is sexually attracted early adolescent girls and not women his own age. This could be hinted at by the fact that he still has issues with his hormones, even as an adult. He is also manipulative, practicing victim-blaming tactics in a attempts to cover his tracks, like he did with Lola, and could even be considered delusional. He was horrified at the mutilation of his genitals, though it is unknown at this time how this injury will affect his predatory nature, as he has, in a way "lost his equipment" after falling through the trap door.
Appearance[]
Terry Lizer is a middle aged man of likely some German descent, given his last name. He is of about average build with slightly olive skin, medium brown hair, brown eyes, and a five-o'clock shadow. He most often seen wearing a fix button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up past his elbows, a leather belt, skinny jeans, and medium heeled leather boots.
Biography[]
In "Girls Are Horny Too", Mr. Lizer gave Jessi some unwanted attention because of her new bra. Terry found her sexually attractive because of it and made a suggestive pass at her, which deeply disturbed the latter, causing her to run into the bathroom in fear and cry.
In "What Is It About Boobs?", Mr. Lizer gave Gina extra attention in class, when he, along with all the boys in the school, started to notice her boobs.
In "Girls Are Angry Too", Mr. Lizer enforced a sexist dress code on the school, saying that the girls weren't allowed to dress like sluts. When punishing some girls for dressing like sluts, he had them all come into his room and ordered them to keep their slutty clothes on.
In "The ASSes", Mr. Lizer threatened and cussed at Jessi under his breath, saying things such as "I hope you wake up deaf and blind".
In "Disclosure the Movie: The Musical!", Mr. Lizer organized a school play, based on the movie "Disclosure" and turned it into a misogynistic mouthpiece for him to spread his sexist rhetoric, where he claimed that men were always being harassed by women when he sexually harassed much younger women. His play included many racist, sexist, homophobic, and bigoted stereotypes, causing Jessi, Gina, Ali, and Matthew to quit the play and protest against it.
Terry made Lola his personal assistant and had her work backstage with him and do suggestive things like give him a foot massage and later walk on his back to give him a massage, none of which had anything to do with the play and was solely done for Terry's self-pleasure.
At the end of the episode, Jessi, Gina, Ali, and Matthew convinced Principal Barron to shut down the play, in lieu of the accusations that went against Mr. Lizer. Terry did a horrible job at defending himself, straight-up admitting that he wanted to get a blowjob from Lola, while standing on stage, in front of all the parents watching, and while being recorded. This got him instantly fired and for his former assistant, Lola to turn on him. Lola opened a trap door under him and he fell in. When he landed on the ground, he cut his dick open and it split in half, giving him a proper sendoff from his job. This was the last time Terry was ever seen in the show.
